EDUCATION & TRAINING
My fascination with understanding human behaviour began during my tenure in the British Military, which led me to pursue a double major in Criminology and Psychology during my BSc (Honors) in 2012. My experience in South Sudan from 2014 to 2016, coupled with my work in my initial humanitarian role, deepened my interest in mental health, particularly in the context of Humanitarian Mental Health Well-being.

Fueled by this passion, I continued my academic journey with an MSc in Psychology and actively sought further expertise through accredited and board-recognised training in Applied Positive Psychology, Psychological Well-being, and Life Coaching. In January 2025, I completed my PGCert (Level 7) in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), further enhancing my ability to address individual mental health needs.
